CBS is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in New Jersey. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community settings, helping children with Autism achieve their goals under supervision.

No prior experience is required; we offer BK Academy training and opportunities for certification, with after-school hours and weekend options to fit student schedules. This is an entry point into psychology and behavior health with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
