Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network in Massachusetts and seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans directly in children's homes and collaborate with supervising clinicians.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA or are pursuing related studies. The role offers weekday and weekend availability and opportunities for professional growth within our growing network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
