Job summary

Master Faster Inc. is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to work with children on the autism spectrum in home and community-based settings in Brooklyn, NY.

You will collaborate with BCBA/LBA professionals to implement treatment plans that target daily living, communication, and learning skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role involves weekend afternoon/evening hours, in-person sessions, and a focus on data collection, progress notes, and a nurturing, professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with preschool/elementary-age children is preferred.
• Experience in ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored treatment plans to promote skill development for children with autism.
• Collect data on client progress using a web-based application.
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions.

Pay Rate:

$23–$25 per hour

Hours:

15–25 hours per week

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11234

Schedule: Weekend afternoon and evening availability required.

Preference:

Female candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in the ABA field.

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
