You will administer DTT and natural environment training, build rapport with families, and stay engaged with supervision and team meetings. Requirements include 18+, high school diploma, background check, driver's license, and 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check must be passed.
• Current driver’s license in state of residence.
• RBT certification may be required for candidates with 1.5 years ABA experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Committed, considerate, and flexible.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Administer ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct trials for Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training.
• Pair with clients and build rapport with families, providing respectful ABA services.
• Inform and update case supervisors and families about schedule changes and case updates.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
