ABA360 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This entry-point role offers part-time hours, flexible after-school schedules, and a pathway to the Registered Behavior Technician certification through our BK Academy training program.

No previous experience is required. We provide tuition discounts through partner colleges and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately with electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment.
