Because we are a unique, multidisciplinary clinic, you’ll work alongside and learn from experts in ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Aspire, you are a vital member of a new and growing team who delivers 1:1 treatment for our clients (kids!). You will directly support the success and development for our clients and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.
