Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Santa Monica, CA is hiring friendly caregivers to work with children and teens on the autism spectrum. No certification required; 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience with kids is enough.

You’ll provide services primarily in clients' homes, with some sessions at local centers. The role offers full-time hours, a $21–$28 per hour wage, daily pay access, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with kids (paid or volunteer).
• High School Diploma or GED plus college coursework.
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Proficient reading/writing in English.
• Ability to engage energetic children.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting - you'll primarily provide services in client's homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client's needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$28/hr

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer - babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
