CBSUPPORTS in New York is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior.

No experience required; a willingness to learn and compassion are key. Part-time positions with flexible afternoon/evening hours suitable for students, offering hands-on experience in psychology and teamwork with the clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
