Job summary

Behavior Frontiers, a leader in ABA treatment for autism, seeks motivated individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, helping clients communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data, use our software for real-time decisions, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to report progress and receive feedback.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
