Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will use research-based methods to help individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data with our electronic software to support real-time decisions and work closely with BCBAs and families to report progress and receive feedback. This role offers career growth and a strong training environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
