Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll use evidence-based strategies to help individuals with autism communicate, play, and achieve independence, while collecting data for real-time decision-making with our software.

Collaborating with BCBA clinicians, families, and fellow technicians, you’ll contribute to progress reports, receive feedback, and participate in world-class

• Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Collect and analyze data with our electronic software for real-time decisions

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities
• Some college credits or current enrollment
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
