Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Washington is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and teachers under BCBA supervision.

Flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows. Active WA CBT certification, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington CBT certification is required.

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're actively growing our team in the Vancouver area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

Setting: Home and/or school-based

Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take onhybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings

Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed

Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

Previous ABA therapy experience

Two or more years of experience working with children

Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
