Job summary

Orchid Academy in East Wenatchee, WA is hiring for a 1:1 ABA therapy assistant. You will support children ages 2–10 through play-based ABA, helping build communication and life skills while tracking progress with a clinical team.

The role is in-clinic, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Growth toward BCBA is encouraged, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Reliable, coachable, and able to work in a team.
• Tech-friendly and organized with a willingness to learn new systems.
