BlueSprig Pediatrics in Warren, MI is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time role includes paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and a clear career path with pay increases at each level.

You will provide ABA therapy in center-based or home settings, teach communication, social and self-help skills, work one-on-one or in small groups, collect data, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 17.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonusontheir first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired
