Job summary

BlueSprig's Florida Autism Center is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. You will receive comprehensive paid training, daily mentorship, and on-site BCBA guidance to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and reliable.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training; fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients; collect and record data on progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress to families and supervisors.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00-$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience with our top range being 23 for the Lead RBT + 2.00 in tenure max

• 16.00/hour for billable client hours after BT Training and before RBT certification

• 15.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training - no experiencerequired

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
