Job summary

Hopebridge in Edgewood, KY is hiring an In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This in-home role works directly with children and families in their own environments, under supervision of BCBAs, to support autism intervention and functional communication.

Compensation includes paid RBT certification, professional development stipends, health benefits, PTO, 401K with company match, and a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to relocate to other states.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children to promote continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families.

• Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification
