What you’ll do — Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (paid training provided)
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor progress and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
• Maintain safety practices and PPE usage; communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops for ongoing knowledge

Role Details

• Availability: All-day availability Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $24 to $27 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT

For all RBT training and administrative time, you will receive 1.4 hours for each non-billable hour worked.
