Job summary

Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family, is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This part-time role offers paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and daily mentorship.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM with optional Saturdays based on client needs. You will provide ABA therapy in center/home settings, help children build communication and daily living skills, and document progress while collaborating with families and

• Reliable transportation, good attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobility tasks as needed.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• $24.00–$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours, based on experience with our top range being 27.00 for Lead RBT+ 2.00 in tenure at max

• 13.00/hour for billable client hours after BT training and before RBT certification

• 13.00/hour for non-billable training and administrative time

• 200 bonus on your first paycheck if you have an active RBT certification at hire

• Fully paid training and company-paid RBT certification — no experience required!

• Paid drive time at state minimum wage for applicable in-home sessions

• Career advancement: Grow through RBT Levels 1–4 and Lead RBT, with pay increases at each level

Schedule & Position Details

• Position: Part-Time

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 12:00PM-6:00PM

• Optional Saturdays twice per month, based on client needs

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling and are not guaranteed

• Centralized scheduling helps maximize hours and provide consistency through multiple client opportunities

• Immediate openings available, pending onboarding and successful background check

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor
