Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is hiring Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT certification to support social skills groups and in-home ABA across Lansing, Okemos, and surrounding areas. The role combines one day at the Okemos Hub with the rest in homes and community sites, following BCBA plans and collecting progress data.

We offer a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options, a hybrid work model, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT training certificate required or to be completed before start.
• Experience with children in camps, classrooms, or youth programs is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA-designed plans, track data, and carry skills between group and home.
• Support peer social skills groups at the Okemos Hub one day per week.
• Provide 1:1 ABA in homes and community on remaining days.

Location: Hybrid: our Okemos Hub once a week, plus homes and community sites across Lansing, Okemos, Mason, Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, MI

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

1:1 sessions change a kid's day. Groups change how a whole community sees each other.

We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate for a week full of variety: one day supporting peer social skills groups at our new Okemos Hub, and the rest in homes and the community with 1:1 play-based ABA. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Your Week

• One day at our Hub supporting peer social groups
• 1:1 ABA in homes and the community the rest of the week
• Follow BCBA-designed plans, track data, and carry skills between group and home
