Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts with after-school/evening hours, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible employees. Ongoing supervision will support your growth as a skilled BT/RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
