Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in Kings Park, New York. This part-time role offers morning sessions, hands-on ABA therapy, and supervision by a BCBA.

You will deliver in-home ABA therapy, collect data, follow intervention plans, and participate in team meetings and trainings. CPR is required; RBT certification is preferred or obtainable within a set timeframe.

About the Role

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Kings Park, New York. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home

• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA

• Attend required team meetings and training sessions

What You'll Need
