Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Horsham, PA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support direct client services across homes, schools, and clinic settings. What You'll Do

Direct Client Support

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT):Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision), andpass the RBT exam within 45 days(up to 3 weeks total)
