Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is hiring for an in-person Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under a BCBA supervision. You will collect data, assist in behavior support plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.

The role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and the BCBA. Prior experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
