Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients.

You will collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans, reinforce social and daily living skills, and support families. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
