Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring registered behavior technicians and behavior technicians in Virginia for full- and part-time roles. You will administer ABA therapy to clients with autism, conduct DTT and natural environment training trials, and build rapport with families while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass Background Check.
• Current driver’s license in state of residence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• RBT certification (for candidates who have 1.5 years of ABA experience).

Responsibilities

• Administer ABA Therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

• Pair and build rapport with clients; treat families with dignity and respect and provide ABA services efficiently.

• Behavior Technician specific requirement: Fulfill training requirements and demonstrate competence for potential RBT certification as needed for the role
