ABA Centers of America in Bedford, Manchester, Merrimack, Concord is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities or clinics under BCBA supervision, teaching communication, social and daily living skills while tracking progress.

Starting rates are posted at $21.15/hour for BTs and $23.15/hour for RBTs, with paid training, mentorship and a clear path for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence; we also offer extensive benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Position-Specific

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services
