Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence‑based ABA techniques in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes 1:1 intervention, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to drive child progress.
Ideal candidates will be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and aim to obtain RBT certification within 90 days. The position offers part‑time flexibility (30–35 hrs/week) and a supportive environment with ongoing training.
Full‑time (30–35 hrs/week), must be available until 5 PM; primarily in our Aurora center with occasional school‑based hours. Ideal candidate lives in/near Arvada to assist a client in their Medicaid Taxi ride to the center. (Saves you gas money!)

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre‑academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success.
