Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision in both home and clinical settings. You will collect data, track progress, and adjust plans with the team to foster client growth and independence.

You will work collaboratively with BCBAs, maintain ethical standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices. A compassionate, patient approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment (if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development, behavior modification, and overall growth.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in both home and clinical settings.

• Provide consistent and supportive feedback to clients and their families to foster a positive and productive therapeutic environment.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.

Position Overview:

• Hourly rate: $26 - $35, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
