Job summary

Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico. Join a team committed to helping children with autism in a warm, supportive environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for professional development in a family-like workplace. In-person services are required at multiple NM locations, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Must have a valid Driver's License; RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in both individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect at all times.
• Keep your professional knowledge current through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions and in emergency situations.
