Job summary

Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico, including Rio Rancho. You will work under supervision with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and support children with autism in both one-on-one and small-group settings.

The role emphasizes direct client care, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably, at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• RBT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in both individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect at all times.
• Keep your professional knowledge current through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions and in emergency situations.
