Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists and BTs for in-home ABA therapy with children aged 1-21. Under supervision by a BCBA, you will implement ABA techniques, collect data, and document progress during sessions.

We value teamwork, ongoing training, and clear communication with families. The role offers weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate between $18 and $27 per hour, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and follow program guidance.

About Succeed ABA:

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs).The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $27.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

What you need:

• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
