Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians in Massachusetts to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will join a supportive team with supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to help you grow your ABA career.

As a BT, you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and use DTT and NET strategies under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, tuition discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
