Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT) to work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings in the Wyomissing, PA area. You will implement ABA under BCBA supervision to help children and families achieve meaningful progress.

The role offers paid training, competitive pay between $19-$23 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and generous benefits including PTO and career advancement toward RBT/BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.

As a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT), You Will

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.

Position Qualifications For a Behavior Technician (BHT)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

Working Conditions

• Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
