Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording session data and supporting families throughout the treatment process.

No prior experience is required; the role offers flexible after-school hours with opportunities for weekend hours and the chance to pursue the Registered Behavior Technician through BK Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team and implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
