Job summary

INSPIRE Autism in Clarkston, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll work one-on-one with kids at our center, implement learning programs, collect data, and celebrate progress with a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students.

This role features a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends, a strong emphasis on well-being, growth, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Able to follow data collection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children at the center to implement learning programs.
