Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings and support families with treatment goals. The role includes data tracking, skill-building for clients, and adherence to supervision by a BCBA.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are provided. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma, 6+ months of experience, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (internships OK).
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support: deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics; teach communication and daily living skills; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
