Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. in Rowlett, TX, seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities, under the guidance of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, and entry-level training. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through coaching.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year in-home ABA experience or related field.
• Ability to travel to families' homes and work in their environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support under BCBA guidance.
