Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement personalized behavior plans and help families apply strategies in daily life. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits for eligible team members, plus ongoing training and opportunities for
