Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in California is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians. We offer world-class training and a strong emphasis on integrity, work-life balance, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers or communities.
• Teach individuals to communicate, play, make friends and gain independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
