We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. Children can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational, so this role requires resilience and physical stamina. You will be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and occasionally carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range: $20 - $28.
