Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Center Based Behavior Technician to join our team. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm in a dynamic ABA environment focused on children and adolescents with autism.

You will implement teaching procedures, collect data, and work with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality care while pursuing RBT credential within 90 days. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months ABA experience with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.
• Current enrollment or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving mind.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain RBT credential within the first 90 days of employment.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
• Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.
