Job summary

Family of Kidz is hiring a Behavior Technician for a center-based ABA program in New York. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a hourly rate of $21–$26 depending on experience and certifications.

The position includes a strong benefits package and opportunities for professional development. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of ABA experience with children or adolescents, is pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree, and demonstrates reliability,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months ABA experience in supervised setting.
• Undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving mind.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA therapy procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Aim to acquire and maintain RBT credential within 90 days.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support and Intervention Plans as directed.
• Manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
• Align with company core values.
