Kyo is a leading ABA therapy provider dedicated to empowering children with autism and their families. As a Behavior Therapist, you will use play-based ABA to help children achieve meaningful goals in home, school, and the community. We offer paid training, mentorship, and credentials support.

You will collect data to monitor progress, collaborate with caregivers and our clinical team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Opportunities exist for growth within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• High school diploma and willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification or applicable state licensure.
• Availability: Weekday afternoon (3-7pm).
• Reliable vehicle with in-state license and insurance; travel ~45 minutes between locations with paid drive time.
• Basic computer skills; access to a tablet and smartphone required.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.50

AS A BEHAVIOR THERAPIST YOU WILL:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Prior experience working with children while demonstrating a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Education: High school diploma and willingness to obtain & maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or applicable state licensure.
• Availability: Weekday afternoon availability required (3-7pm).
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle with valid in-state driver’s license and insurance. Willingness to travel approximately 45 minutes between work locations, with paid drive time.
• Technology Skills: Basic computer skills, including experience using a tablet and ability to navigate various online platforms. Access to a smartphone is a requirement of this position.
• Background Check: Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test (if applicable).
• Physical Ability: The job involves extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
