Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. This permanent, full-time role offers paid training in ABA therapy, supportive teamwork, and clear paths for promotion, with benefits designed to support you and your family.

You will work with children to build communication, confidence, and independence using evidence-based ABA approaches.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
