Job summary

Applied ABC in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through one-to-one ABA interventions in home or center settings. As part of a clinician-owned agency, you will engage in hands-on therapy under supervision by a BCBA and participate in ongoing ABA skills training.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability, data collection during therapy sessions, and effective communication with supervisory staff to ensure high-quality care across multiple sites

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place at our local Autism Therapy Center in (city/state).
