Ivy Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our Ohio ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA, helping children and their families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy.

You will communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients, supporting clinicians and contributing to Ivy's rewarding work environment that enables accelerated growth and development for all teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
