Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) seeks a dedicated ABA therapist to work in the Nashville area providing in-home, school, and community ABA therapy. Under BCBA supervision, you will teach communication, self-help, and pre-academic skills, while collecting data to guide therapy decisions and involve families in sessions.

This full-time role requires a car and willingness to travel to clients’ homes, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a car and willingness to travel within the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with the child, teaching across skill areas under BCBA supervision.
• Data collection on skills and behavior and data-based decisions with the client’s team.
• Involve the child’s family into therapy sessions.
• Learn strategies to teach children with developmental delays and behavioral needs.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with therapists.

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides ABA therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our program is based on the science and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Location: Nashville, TN

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides ABA therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our program is based on the science and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with the child, teaching across many skill areas, such as conversation skills, fine/gross motor skills, self-help skills, and pre-academic skills under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Data collection on skills and behavior and making data-based decisions with the client’s team.
• Involving the child's family into therapy sessions.
• Learning strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays and behavioral needs.
• Attending team meetings and collaborating with a team of therapists.
• Traveling to the home of each client on the therapist's case load.
