TRAC Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to individuals with ASD and TBI. Afternoon/evening availability is preferred, and onboarding incentives plus COVID pay are offered to eligible applicants.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data, and helping clients enhance communication and daily living skills in a safe home setting. Team collaboration is emphasized.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
• Resume and onboarding documents.
• Up-to-date negative TB test.
• Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

TRAC Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).

This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health. Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.
