We are accepting applications for entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians. A Behavior Technician performs day-to-day execution of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to a child with autism, as prescribed by a plan created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A Behavior Technician works one-on-one with a child, performs direct client care and executes interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior to improve upon client communication, social interaction, daily living and problem-solving skills. Data is collected and recorded based on client behavior and ongoing progress.
