Job summary

The Wisconsin Early Autism Project is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism. In this role, you will implement ABA therapy strategies to foster communication, confidence, and independence in children.

No prior experience is required as paid training will be provided, and you have the opportunity for personal and professional growth with competitive pay starting at $17 per hour based on experience.

Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments.You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation.
